Christine Nguyen has always followed a fast track in her professional career. After just three and a half years, she earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising management from San José State University. She went on to coordinate marketing efforts for a startup and manage launch and promotional marketing campaigns for Kia Motors. Despite success in the corporate world, Christine was unfulfilled as a cog in the corporate gears; she yearned to make a direct impact on other people’s lives.

 

Real estate presented the perfect path in Christine’s journey. “It’s not just a transaction or deal for me,” she says. “It’s meeting clients and building that relationship with them.” Even as a child, Christine enjoyed touring open houses with her family, discussing the pros and cons of each property and every neighborhood. As time went by, she grew more interested in transformative remodels and new construction — and the meaning of home.

 

Christine has had years of experience managing rentals and staging properties, and showing homes remains a passion for her. “My experience with staging occupied and vacant homes has trained me to have a keen eye for details and to know what changes to implement to ensure the home moves quickly on the market.” But the most important consideration to Christine is sensing the soul of every property to change lives for the better. She says, “The reward is in the human connection and the feelings behind it.”

 

Understanding that a real estate sale or purchase may be the most significant financial event of a client’s life, she says, “I hope to be a source of support during that process. I want clients to know that I’m always in their corner to champion for them and that every detail is addressed.”

 

Born and raised in San Jose, Christine is happy to be serving the Bay Area. In her spare time, she is likely hiking with her Maltipoo pup or immersing herself in a book with a good glass of wine.
